RECONVENED 2018 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS of Silver Oak Trails Owners Association, Inc.

Dear Homeowner:

The RECONVENED ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS for the Silver Oak Trails Owners Association has been rescheduled for Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 2 PM to 3 PM; held at: 

Victor’s on the Green (appetizers are provided – first come first serve)

7900 North Sam Houston Pkwy W

Houston, TX 77064

This 2018 Annual Meeting will be held for the following purposes:

  1. The election will be held for five (5) Board members for a 1 year term
  2. Discuss the Year End 2017 Financials
  3. Discuss any other Association business that shall come before the meeting

A quorum of 10% (49 homeowners) of the votes of the total membership is required to hold the Annual Meeting for the election of five (5) Board Members and the terms stated above. 

If you wish to be nominated for a position, or would like to nominate someone please contact Principal Management Group at (713) 329-7168 or l.le@pmghouston.com . If you are nominating someone be sure to have their permission. 

Your vote and your input are important to the Association and we urge you to either attend the Annual Meeting or submit the enclosed Proxy/Absentee Ballot. If you submit the Proxy/Absentee Ballot and then decide to attend the Annual Meeting in person, you may void your Proxy/Absentee Ballot and vote in person.

If you believe that you will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting, please complete the enclosed Proxy/Absentee Ballotand give it to someone to represent you or return it to:
